1. Treatment Scope & Focus (RM100 Comprehensive)
Upper OR Lower BackEach RM100 session focuses specifically on either the Upper Back (neck, cervical spine, shoulder blades) OR Lower Back (lumbar spine, pelvis, sciatic nerve). To guarantee effective manual manipulation and deep tissue decompression, we do not perform unfocused full-body sessions in one single sitting.
2. Honest Session Prognosis
Early 1-3 Sessions vs Chronic 3+Mild or early-stage spinal misalignment usually shows noticeable relief within 1 to 3 sessions. For chronic conditions lasting over 1 year (such as slipped discs, severe nerve compression, or extensive fascial adhesions), more than 3 sessions are typically needed for structural stabilization.
3. Treatment Duration Per Session
20 - 50 MinutesEach treatment session lasts between 20 and 50 minutes, depending on the severity of joint tightness and the supportive modalities applied (Shockwave, Electrotherapy, Cupping, or Guasa).
4. Punctuality & Cancellation Rules
Arrive 5 Mins EarlyWe operate strictly on an appointment-only basis. Please arrive 5 minutes early. Delays exceeding 15 minutes will result in automatic session cancellation out of respect for subsequent patients.
